Welcome to Agent Accelerator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at agency-a.com, our Medicare and health insurance training programs, coaching services, online community, pre-recorded and live educational content, playbooks, software tools, carrier contracting opportunities, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Avellino's Inc, a Georgia corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). "Agent Accelerator" is the brand name under which Avellino's Inc markets and delivers the Services. References in these Terms to "Agent Accelerator" mean the Services operated by Avellino's Inc.
By accessing our website, creating an account, joining our community, enrolling in our training programs, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an insurance agency or other business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Agent Accelerator provides educational and professional development services for insurance agents, agency owners, and industry professionals, including but not limited to:
Medicare and health insurance training programs (pre-recorded video courses and written content)
Market strategy playbooks and industry navigation guides
Live group coaching calls and workshops
Access to an online community (hosted on Skool or similar platforms)
AI automation playbooks and operational tools
Carrier contracting and agency affiliation opportunities
Access to CRM software tools or white-labeled technology platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel)
The specific features, availability, pricing, and scope of Services may change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active subscribers.
3. Account Registration and Community Access
Certain Services require you to create an account or apply for membership through our website or a third-party platform (e.g., Skool, Kajabi). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your insurance licensing information where applicable — and to update your information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe any information you provide is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Payments
We offer multiple tiers of access to our Services, which may include:
Free Tier: Limited access to introductory playbooks, content, and community features at no cost.
Paid Subscription: Monthly recurring subscription providing full access to training programs, live coaching calls, premium playbooks, and community resources at the price stated at the point of enrollment.
Contracted Agent Access: Agents who move their insurance contracts to our agency may receive complimentary or reduced-cost access to certain Services as part of that arrangement.
All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate until you cancel.
Pricing Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be given advance notice of price increases. Early subscribers may be grandfathered at their original rate at our discretion.
Cancellation: Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated at the point of sale or required by law. To cancel, contact us at neil@agency-a.com.
5. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and/or email address through our website, forms, or other opt-in methods, you expressly consent to receive communications from Agent Accelerator, including:
Text messages (SMS/MMS)
Ringless voicemail messages
Telephone calls, which may include prerecorded or artificial voice messages
Email communications, including marketing, training updates, and promotional messages
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive automated communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service or enrolling in any training program.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from SMS. Contact neil@agency-a.com to opt out of voicemail or phone communications. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out of email communications.

6. Training Content and Educational Disclaimer
Our Medicare and insurance training content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about Medicare, health insurance products, carrier policies, CMS regulations, and industry best practices, the insurance industry is subject to frequent regulatory changes.
Our training materials do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your sales practices, marketing activities, and client interactions comply with all applicable federal and state laws, CMS guidelines, carrier requirements, and your state's Department of Insurance regulations.
We do not guarantee that our training content reflects the most current regulatory changes at all times. You should independently verify any regulatory or compliance information before acting on it in your insurance business.
7. Carrier Contracting and Agency Affiliation
If you choose to move your insurance contracts to our agency or affiliate with our network, such arrangements are governed by separate contracting agreements between you, our agency, and the applicable insurance carriers.
We do not guarantee carrier appointment approval, commission rates, commission payment timelines, or the availability of any specific carrier's products. Commission structures, override arrangements, and carrier terms are subject to change by the carriers and are outside our control.
Moving your contracts is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for using our paid Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, training videos, playbooks, scripts, templates, frameworks, and other intellectual property made available through our Services are owned by Avellino's Inc or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal or internal business use in connection with the Services. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our training content without prior written permission
Share your community or course login credentials with unauthorized third parties
Record, download, or redistribute live coaching calls or workshops without permission
Modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or decompile any software or tools
Use our materials to create a competing training program or service
9. User Conduct
When using our Services, including our online community and coaching sessions, you agree to:
Act in a professional, respectful manner toward other members, coaches, and staff
Not post or share content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable insurance regulations
Not solicit, recruit, or poach other members' agents, clients, or downlines without express approval
Not share or distribute proprietary carrier information, lead lists, or confidential member data
Not spam, advertise, or promote unrelated products or services within the community without approval
